Thermoforming and packaging equipment maker BMG has named Will Nawar as its new CFO, and Bob Brubaker as system sales manager for the North American market.

Nawar has held senior finance leadership roles at publicly traded, private equity-backed and multinational organizations, where he led major initiatives, including finance transformations, ERP implementations, supply chain optimization, cost-reduction programs and business turnarounds. He will lead BMG’s efforts to develop financial strategies for the business worldwide.

Brubaker will lead sales efforts across North America, with a focus on expanding market presence and driving new revenue opportunities. He began his career with Brown Machine in 1999 as an electrician, then moved into a technical service role and advanced to Western sales manager. He left Brown in 2010 and held leadership roles with thermoforming customers and suppliers, including Sabert, TO Plastics, Battenfeld, Dart, and Sonoco.

BMG also announced these personnel moves:

Don Dobler is the new director of operations at its global headquarters in Beaverton, Mich. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operational leadership across a wide range of industries and verticals worldwide, and most recently served as GM of operations at Conair. He will oversee operational strategy and companywide execution.

Collin Sullivan is VP of global marketing and product strategy. He will develop and execute global marketing and product strategies, and oversee product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization. He has held leadership roles with organizations including Rexnord, Wacker Neuson, CST Industries and most recently ProVeyance.

Jason Foster is senior director of lean, evaluating and implementing leanmanufacturing principles across all BMG facilities in the U.S. He has more than 25 years of experience in high-performance industrial manufacturing management, and has held leadership roles at Danaher, Parker Hannifin, Destaco and SyBridge Technologies.
