A6max This tray sealer is the latest in Sealpac’s Amax line. It can seal up to 120 trays per minute and handles a wide variety of packaging styles, including reduced-plastic solutions such as eTrays (fiber with a plastic insert) and ultra-light designs. Within a defined format, different trays can be reliably processed without any tool changes, making it ideal for companies with varying product ranges. The servo drive and integrated EnergyManager ensure a smooth process with significantly less consumption of compressed air. The intelligent iMode control adapts to changes in production conditions, continuously optimizing processes with increased line speed. Sealpac, based in Oldenburg, Germany, is represented in the U.S. by PreciPak LLC.
