Flexicon dumping system has powered conveying

Tip-Tite Drum Dumping System Flexicon's automated dumping system can handle all popular sizes of drums up to a maximum weight of 750 pounds. Full drums are positioned on a powered roller conveyor system that carries them to a platform where a hydraulic cylinder lifts and seats them against a discharge hood, a second cylinder tips them and a slide gate controls the rate of dumping. Empty drums are shunted to a parallel conveyor line for removal. Photoelectric sensors alert the system's controller to the position of empty and full drums, and the controller actuates the conveyor for each cycle.
