What's new? The unit, which was introduced in November.

Benefits Efficiency, insight and reliability. Because it is so customizable, each alarm can be configured to notify a different department, which enables fast and efficient deployment of resources. The unit will continue collecting data even when internet access is lost, thanks to an integrated 2-gigabyte memory card. Companies that purchase a Smart Attend unit are given free access to the manufacturer's database, which provides one week of equipment performance data and analysis. Customers that want access to up to 3 years of historical data and analysis can purchase an upgraded service plan, which costs $350 annually for the first Smart Attend unit, and $25 for each additional unit.
