TRW 4L Woywod Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH & Co.'s 4-liter weighing hopper can process up to 177 pounds of granular, free-flowing materials and regrind per hour. It is available in three versions, as shown: one requires manual refilling by the operator; one provides for automatic refilling and includes an inlet funnel and hopper loader; and one has a storage hopper and butterfly valve for automatic refilling. The Gräfelfing, Germany-based company is represented in the U.S. by Plastic Equip LLC.

What's new? The hopper, which was introduced in October at the K show.  

Benefits Flexibility. When combined with Woywod's 1500 dosing unit, the TRW 4L can be used as a single-auger, gravimetric feeder or in color-change systems for capacities up to 21 gallons per hour. It also can be used in gravimetric mixing stations and dosing stations.
