Luxor E A Motan has introduced a new line of mobile dry-air dryers for use with hygroscopic resins. Models in the Luxor E A line are designed to be integrated into existing resin conveyor systems; alternatively, they can be equipped with a stand-alone material loader. They come with stainless steel drying bins in three capacities: 2.1, 3.5 and 5.3 cubic feet. The two larger bins are equipped with extra-large clean-out doors fitted with windows and easy-to-open, quick-release handles. The line's Luxornet EM control has a color touch screen and functions for process control, recipe management, quality-assurance reporting and trend-chart creation.

Benefits Simple operation and energy savings. The dryers' ETA plus technology automatically adapts the air flow and drying temperature to the material throughput for energy savings of as much as 64 percent, compared to conventional drying systems.
