The latest vibration welder from Branson, a business of Emerson, has a compact design, with easy rear-door access for tool changes and a wide front door for part loading and unloading. 

GVX-3 The latest vibration welder from Branson, a business of Emerson, has a compact design, with easy rear-door access for tool changes and a wide front door for part loading and unloading. The welder's new interface allows as many as 99 different users to access the system.   

What's new? The unit, which was released in March. Compared to its predecessor, the GVX-3 is more configurable, so customers can select from numerous options to tailor it to their applications. It also has a smaller machine footprint, despite featuring a larger lift table. 

Benefits Greater flexibility and more ergonomic design. Options include infrared heating, more powerful vibration heads and packages to boost clamping force, speed and precision. With more available options, users are better able to select a welder that fits their changing needs.
