PDDM Designed for highly viscous and highly filled applications, Ross' multi-agitator, hybrid disperser/mixers feature two planetary stirring blades and high-speed disperser shafts. Different motors operate the blades and the shafts, so operators can easily fine-tune flow turbulence and shear. The mixers come with automated lifts for raising and lowering the shafts and sight/charge ports, so operators can add raw materials or monitor the batch as the agitators are running.

What's new? Bigger sizes, with capacities of up to 750 gallons. (A 300-gallon unit is pictured.)

Benefits High-volume mixing at high speeds. The disperser/mixers can quickly incorporate large amounts of dry ingredients into thick or sticky liquids, and apply intense shear to achieve a smooth and uniform consistency. In addition, the mixers are equipped with multiple, interchangeable vessels, so batches can be easily changed.
