KAS-90-A14-P-NL Rechner Electronics Industries' flush-mounted capacitive sensor is designed to provide precise readings of material fill, without regard to dust and liquid buildup. It is often used to gauge the levels of granulates or pellets in a hopper. It has a working temperature of up to 158 degrees Fahrenheit.
What's new? The sensor, which debuted earlier this year.
Benefits Flexibility and precise sensing, even in tough conditions. The sensor, which has a sensing range of 2mm to 20mm, can work in areas that experience vibrations and temperature fluctuations. Also, it is very easy to change between parameters, so that the sensor either signals when a pump moving materials needs to start filling, or needs to stop.
