Volume-control VC processors track nitrogen

VC processors  This processor can track nitrogen consumption during gas-assisted injection molding as well as measure plastic part quality with the latest volume-control device from the Plastics Technology Group of Bauer Compressors Inc. Available in two versions, it can be connected to another controller or used as a stand-alone unit.

What's new?  Introduction to the North and South American markets, as well as Asia. Until now, the volume-control-VC has been available only in Europe.

Benefits  Cost savings: Detecting nitrogen leakage in the tool and in the part saves nitrogen costs. The unit also prevents gas nozzle blockage, helping to avoid defective parts.
