Key Filters enhances its screen changer

KCH SCREEN CHANGER  This Key Filters continuous hybrid screen changer for melt filtration, from Parkinson Technologies, works with most thermoplastics and TPEs.

WHAT'S NEW?  An automatic screen shear system that eliminates having to cut the screen manually while the machine is running.  A reshaping of the flow passage increases the filtration area by about 50 percent.

BENEFITS  Performance and safety. Even plastic flow distribution and efficient use of the filter media creates a smoother, more consistent pressure profile at a higher overall yield. Also, once the operator programs cut-off length, the machine can run without oversight.
