E-PIC  This new compact robot for horizontal and vertical part removal is designed as a flexible option for all machines up to 220 tons.

WHAT'S NEW?  New kinematics, combining linear movements with a swivel arm. To keep the moving mass as low as possible, the robot arm design uses weight-optimized parts. When used on injection molding machines with an integrated conveyor belt, the robot will work inside the machine's safety gate. The robot has its own control. When used on an Engel machine, the control can be fully integrated with Engel's CC300 machine control.

BENEFITS  The shortest possible take-out cycles and low energy consumption. When compared with linear robots of the same size, the e-pic requires less than half the amount of energy. The compact design saves space. Because the e-pic has its own control unit, it can also be used on machines not produced by Engel.
