HST-600DS:  Yushin America Inc. is targeting packaging and other high-speed markets with this larger version of earlier models of its ultra-high-speed take-out robot for stack molds. The pair of main arms can be positioned to remove parts from the A and D faces or the B and C faces. Passive and active vibration damping are standard. Two controller models are available, both with multiple pre-programmed sequences.

What's new?  The size. This larger version is suited to injection molding machines with clamping forces of 400 to 675 tons. The robot's structure also has been optimized to reduce weight and increase rigidity.

Benefits  Depending on the strokes and actions required, mold-open times can be less than one second, with overall cycles of less than 6 seconds.
