PNEUMATIC STUFFER BOX M.R. Mold & Engineering has expanded its line of stuffer boxes for prototyping, short-run molding and micro-molding.
WHAT'S NEW? Low-volume, high-pressure models to meet the needs of customers who wanted a stuffer box that holds more than 1 pound of LSR. The LVHP27 model has a volume of 27 cubic inches, or 1.1 pounds of premixed material and is capable of feeding liquid silicone rubber, gum stock silicone and some organic rubbers.
BENEFITS Material feeds directly into the machine barrel, eliminating cleaning a pumping unit and material feed mechanism.
