EZ Logger profiles in-mold rotomolding temperatures

Jan. 14, 2015

EZ logger This compact, single-channel wireless transmitter, introduced by Paladin at Rotoplas 2014, performs continuous in-mold temperature measurement throughout the rotational molding process.

What's new? Small and lightweight, EZ Logger monitors in-mold air temperature, logging data so a PC can display it in real time or save it in a spreadsheet for later analysis. Data is used to determine processing factors such as heating and cooling rates, peak internal air temperature, when a material begins to stick to the mold, when it builds up and when it crystallizes.

Benefits Compact, portable and easy to mount to molds or spiders. Temperature profiling can help to optimize rotomolding and maintain product quality.
