Dashboard This new tool allows operators of Rotoline’s rotomolding machines to monitor machine data remotely in real time. Data feeds include cycles performed, machine alarms, electricity and gas consumption, load and unload time, occupancy, utilization percentage and more. An interactive timeline follows the production cycle as it happens, allowing users to check the waiting time, pre-cooling time, cooling time, oven time and the moment the cycle is completed, allowing for optimization of each stage of the process. Dashboard keeps a history of each production cycle, with information on the cart used, recipe applied, time in oven and start and end dates. Data is secured with measures including authentication, encryption, backup and recovery.
