Feedmax Clean Wittmann’s vacuum loader for recycled material has an integrated dust removal system that reaches separation rates of up to 80 percent of particles less than 1000 microns in diameter, enabling the use of regrind from different sources including inline recycling for high-quality parts. Dust particles and other fine contaminants are continuously extracted from the plastic material during the conveying cycle. All parts of coming into contact with the material are made of stainless steel, except for an optional glass section. The system is easy to clean for fast product changeovers.
What’s new? A larger model, the Feedmax Clean 300, which is available in two variants for handling material throughputs of up to 176 pounds per hour.
Benefits More homogeneous recycled melt for use in high-quality applications. The Feedmax Clean can be integrated with other auxiliary equipment, such as a granulator, dryer and blender, for a complete inline recycling solution.
