Maag names business development manager for recycling systems

Maag continues to expand its Recycling Systems business unit, with the announcement that Michael Heitzinger has taken the position of manager for business development of the unit, effective Oct. 1. 

Over the last 25 years, he has held executive positions in mechanical and plant engineering, and most recently worked in the field of plastic recycling for another company.  

“With Michael Heitzinger, we are gaining an internationally experienced manager who brings not only in-depth industry knowledge and technical know-how, but also the personal qualities needed to further develop recycling systems,” said Uwe Kellner, VP of sales for the Maag Group in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  

In addition to recycling systems, Maag Group, based in Oberglatt, Switzerland, provides pump and filtration systems, pelletizing and pulverizing systems and digital solutions.
