Raptor Duo Rapid Granulator’s fully integrated granulator is situated on the company’s Raptor Shredder base, which minimizes its footprint. It can recycle a huge variety of materials — from heavy plastic lumps to thin film or lightweight intermediate bulk containers. It has a bolted modular design made to allow users to easily swap out wear parts — opening up the machine for maintenance or cleaning takes only 1 minute. The energy-efficient system comes with pre-adjustable, long-lasting knives for optimal sharpness and reduced downtime.
What's new? A newly designed reinforced pusher system with upgraded pneumatic cylinders, as well as a newly designed corrugated floor.
Benefits Increased throughput and versatility. Reinforced side guides support the pusher, which allows it to withstand irregular loads, and the overall system boasts an increased depth. The new floor design prevents jamming, reducing the need to use scrapers, and it allows the granulator to better handle challenging items, including sheet, big bags and thin-walled materials.
