Avian agglomerators melt plastic quickly, efficiently

Avian's new PA agglomerators are highly efficient.

Agglomerator systems Avian Recycling’s new line consists of three machines, the PA 200, PA 400 and PA 600. They are especially suited for processing textiles. They quickly melt plastic using high-speed friction with “S”-type blades. The molten plastic is fed through a ring die and cut into uniform pellets.

What’s new? The line.

Benefits Lower operating costs and the production of pellets of uniform size. The systems are compact and energy-efficient, offering high output and good energy efficiency. They are designed for easy accessibility for maintenance.
