Revolution Sustainable Solutions LLC announced its successful acquisition of PolyAg Recycling Ltd., a leading Canadian mechanical recycler of agricultural films.
The strategic acquisition is expected to benefit both businesses and the markets they serve by combining PolyAg’s existing operations with Revolution’s extensive resources and expertise in film recycling.
As part of Revolution’s strategic goals, it recently invested in new blown film lines to produce specialty agriculture films in Little Rock, Ark., where the company is based. Revolution said it is committed to ensuring a seamless transition for PolyAg and its employees.
