Tomra Recycling Sorting announced it has hired Sebastian Ward as its key accounts manager for North America. Ward brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing for companies in the cabinet, lab instrument and recycling industries. Most recently, he was VP of recycling plant builder eFACTOR3.
In his new role, Ward will work closely with larger recycling operations throughout the United States and Canada to provide sorting solutions, as well as lead key initiatives with plant building and technology partners.
“Sebastian’s unique combination of building brands with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies will serve Tomra Recycling Sorting well, as we continue to build the Tomra brand in North America,” said Ty Rhoad, regional director in the Americas for Tomra Recycling Sorting.
Tomra Recycling Sorting has its North American headquarters in Charlotte, N.C., and supplies sensor-based sorting solutions. Ward will work out of Knoxville, Tenn.
