Eriez-Australia opens Perth office

The office in the Australian city replaces a center run by a representative of the Pennsylvania-based recycling equipment maker.

Eriez announced that it is opening an Eriez-owned and -operated sales and service center, replacing its long-time sales representative organization in Western Australia, Western Process Equipment (WPE). Eriez will keep several members of the WPE team to serve the Eriez Western Australia office.

The office will continue to provide suspended electromagnets, flotation equipment, metal detectors, magnetic mill liners, vibratory screeners and other equipment to the recycling equipment..

“Eriez is expanding its offerings to customers in Western Australia through its new repair and service center in the Perth facility, expediting the turn-around time for repairs conducted out of the Perth region,” said Eric Nelson, Eriez VP of international operations and business development.

With headquarters in Erie, Pa., Eriez designs and manufactures separation technologies.
