Eriez expands its buyback program

Eriez has extended its metal detector buyback program, which was introduced in 2006, to include units produced by competitors. The company has also increased incentives to a 5 percent discount toward the purchase of new Xtreme metal detector units.

In addition, it says its new Xtreme metal detector heads are highly sensitive and offer features that can’t be matched by balanced coil metal detectors. Its new heads also fit easily into existing metal detectors from Eriez and its competitors, so customers can upgrade without requiring major system modifications.

Based in Erie, Pa., Eriez manufactures a variety of separation and materials-handling technologies.
