IFS2404-18 This Micro-Epsilon confocalDT technology bridges the gap between short- and long-range sensor heads. Delivering reliable distance and one‑sided thickness measurements, the sensor is useful for quality control, process monitoring or machine condition monitoring. It works even on challenging geometries, such as slightly curved surfaces or shallow flanks. Users can install or retrofit it on existing machinery.

What’s new? An extended measuring range, to 18mm. The IFS2404-18 joins Micro-Epsilon sensors that handle 10mm and 28mm measuring ranges.
