Mixaco Infinity Mixer is fast, efficient

The system can run in either co-rotating or counter-rotating principles.

Infinity Mixer This new Mixaco series offers two operating principles: a co-rotating technology with overlapping mixing tools that turn clockwise, and counter-rotating technology with one mixing tool turning clockwise and the other turning counter-clockwise. Impact tip speeds are up to 80 meters per second. The new unit has extensive cooling surface for more efficient and quicker cooling. The control system can be provided as Siemens or Allen Bradley PLC. The series is available in 10 total-volume sizes, ranging from 200 to 4,500 liters. Mixaco said the Infinity Mixer is ideal for a wide range of products, such as flexible and rigid PVC, wood plastics composites (WPC), color and additive masterbatches, engineering resin compounds and TPEs.

What’s new? The Infinity Mixer, which was introduced at K 2025 in Düsseldorf and shown for the first time in North America at MD&M West in Anaheim.

Benefits An intermeshing mixing zone applies targeted shear where it is most effective. Overall processing time is reduced due to optimized blade design. Material quality is preserved through improved cooling and controlled turbulence that provides more efficient deagglomeration. Overlapping mixing tools eliminate dead zones.
