Finserts E-Z Lok’s E-Z Fin threaded brass inserts for plastics — also known as Finserts — can be placed into a plastic part before assembly or positioned in the mold with plastic injected around it. Each Finsert is designed with one, two or three outer-diameter fins that distribute stress over a greater surface area to minimize the possibility of cracking and protect against thread erosion. They are suited for both small-scale projects and large industrial uses.
What’s new? An expanded lineup of Finserts, available in a variety of sizes.
Benefits Easy installation and optimal fit, to minimize issues such as splintering and damage, and maximize durability. Finserts are engineered to distribute load evenly, minimizing stress on the base material and extending the lifespan of the component.
