Locating rings precisely position molds

The newest additions to Hasco's lineup have an extended guide length of 8mm.

Locating rings These Hasco devices provide precise centering and reliable guiding of molds when clamping on an injection molding machine. The company’s portfolio includes rings with a large number of diameters, installation depths and technical versions, as well as other designs. The wide variety of options, together with the rings’ adjustability, provide users flexibility.

What’s new? New locating rings, with designations of Z7517, Z7526 and Z7527. They have an extended guide length of 8mm and thicknesses of 6mm and 8mm, and can work in combination with Hasco’s thermal insulating sheets.

Benefits Precise positioning on the machine side, simple assembly and long-term process reliability. The locating rings’ extended guide length prevents tipping of the mold, thereby increasing process reliability.
