Mazak turning-milling-grinding machines offer high performance
Integrex i-350S Neo and Integrex i-350ST Neo Designed to perform to exacting tolerances, Mazak’s new series of turning, milling and grinding machines boasts advanced automation features. For applications utilizing overhead gantry loaders, unloaders or bar feed systems, the machines have a front-mounted tool magazine; as an option, to accommodate floor-mounted robots, the machines also can be designed with tool magazines at the rear, along with retrofittable automatic front doors.
What’s new? The new machines, which feature Mazak’s latest Mazatrol SmoothAi CNC control technology.
Benefits High-performance turning, milling and grinding operations; thermal stability; and ease of use. With the ability to machine and grind in a single setup, shops can shorten lead times, reduce handling and improve process reliability. Mazak’s latest controls leverage artificial intelligence to ensure fast and easy programming; with them, users can create synchronized digital twins of real machines on their shop floors and automatically generate programs from 3D part models. Also, the controls automatically optimize spindle speed, and adapt to and learn from environmental changes to control the effects of heat on machining accuracy.
