Cooled UniLifters release undercuts

UniLifter Progressive Components’ undercut-release system includes a variety of models developed for specific geometries or applications. 

What’s new? Cooled UniLifter assemblies, which include a core blade, high-flow tube and Buna O-ring, with options for spherical bushings and lifter-head keys. They support 0.75 inch- and 1.25 inch-diameter core blades.  

Benefits Effective undercut release and enhanced mold cooling. Compared with traditional lifter assemblies, which feature a design that can make waterline placement challenging, the cooled UniLifter assemblies have a precision-machined core blade that accommodates a high-flow cascade tube.
