Hasco system locks mold inserts in place
InsertKey Z088 This Hasco system — comprising Hasco’s Z0881 sleeve and Z0882 bush — has a form-fitted design for locking in inserts and ensuring their correct positioning in a mold base. It uses coding for unambiguous positioning. This is achieved by specific rotation in the installation space; the positioning of the insert is determined automatically when the InsertKey is installed. Each InsertKey has eight possible positions. The InsertKey doesn’t protrude from the mold and requires no additional space.
What’s new? The system, available for the last couple months.
Benefits Peace of mind when positioning inserts, and the prevention of installation errors. The InsertKey contributes to process reliability, efficiency and standardization, and makes work preparation, part storage and maintenance work more efficient. With it, users can install mold components correctly, so that they function as designed and don’t create a crash hazard.
