High-temp hoses from Hasco resist damage

Z8560 hoses Hasco’s new hoses for temperature-control applications in injection molds come in diameters of 9mm and 13mm and two colors — red and blue — to indicate whether they’re for heating or cooling. They are available in a range of standard lengths from 11.8 inches to 8.2 feet; the company also can provide hoses in custom lengths. Z8560 hoses are designed to handle operating pressures of up to 60 bar.

What’s new? The high-temperature hoses, which are made of perfluoroalkoxy copolymer and coated with a hard silicone sheath. 

Benefits Versatility and toughness. The flexible hoses are resistant to damage from nearly all chemicals and can handle temperatures of up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. They also resist kinking and are suited for carrying water, steam, oil and air.
