Since returning in 2022 to StackTeck, where he initially worked from 2007 to 2012, Gould has overseen the mold-making company’s newest initiatives, focused on automation and expanding the company's mold product range to include PET preform molds.

Both men said May 28 they see a bright future for the Brampton, Ontario, manufacturer. Gould said he’s looking forward to broadening StackTeck’s mix of customers, three-quarters of whom currently are in the U.S.

“My focus will be on growth and taking our taking our incubator businesses to the next level. Vince really was the creator and starter of those initiatives, and and now it's my role to take those and scale them up and bring them to the market in a much bigger way. And that includes also international business. ... There's still a lot of runway for us to tap into those markets and and diversify the customer base, as well as the markets that we're working in,” Gould said.
