Australian CNC machinery maker Anca has opened entries for its 2023 Tool of the Year event, which it likens to the Oscars of the cutting tool industry.
Participants can enter one or both categories: #MadeonAnca and Most Innovative Tool Design. The winner of the first category receives a trip to Anca's headquarters in Melbourne; 10,000 Australian dollars (about $6,620) worth of Anca parts, accessories or software; and VIP access to exclusive opportunities with Anaca experts; while the winner of the second wins about $6,620 of Anca parts, accessories or software.
“Every year, I’m impressed by the skill and creativity of our customers and how they apply Anca technology to design and manufacture market-leading cutting tools. It’s important to recognize their amazing results, and I look forward to seeing what our customers come up with this year,” Anca co-founder Patrick Boland said.
