Mouldpro introduces manifolds for mold heating, cooling

Feb. 16, 2022
The manifolds come standard with four, six, eight, 10 or 12 ports; custom designs also are available.

Manifolds Inline anodized aluminum manifold systems from Mouldpro ApS, Ballerup, Denmark, are used to heat and cool injection molds. Distributed in the U.S. by Globeius, they are designed for use with shorter hoses and are appropriate for applications that require quick mold changes. The manifolds come standard with four, six, eight, 10 or 12 ports; custom designs also are available. They come in versions with 0.75-inch, 1-inch and 1.5-inch feed openings.

What’s new? The manifolds, which are colored either blue or red for easy identification of water inlet and return circuits and the elimination of piping errors.

Benefits A rugged design and lower cost than conventional manifolds, with prices starting at $25.49. Additionally, the use of shorter hoses minimizes water pressure drops and reduces clutter.
