DMS North America has purchased Component Guys Inc., a Windsor, Ontario-based company serving the mold, tool and die industry. The founders of Component Guys are DMS alumni. DMS said that with forecasts predicting strong growth in the mold and die sector, the acquisition gives DMS increased inventory capacity to serve the industry.
Based in Windsor, DMS has locations in California and Illinois and provides products for the injection molding and die casting industries in North America.
