The LT-series LifeTime Roller Locks are used in high-precision applications and prevent flash and mold damage.

LT series DME’s LT-series LifeTime Roller Locks are used to align injection molds used in high-precision applications. Each type of lock is fully interchangeable with others in the series, making them suited for use in shuttle and rotary molds.

What’s new? The locks, which are available in three different materials. The standard lock is made of D2 steel for a long service life. The high-heat version is machined from DC53 steel and can withstand temperatures up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suited for use with engineering resins. A version for clean-room and packaging applications is made from 440C stainless steel. Additionally, the LT-series LifeTime locks feature a new interlocking design and carbide rollers to ensure easy alignment of the mold halves.

Benefits Precise mold alignment and powerful locking. They prevent flash, mold damage and dimensional problems of the molded part.
