MGS has acquired Formteknik, a European supplier of tooling solutions with operations in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
In a statement, MGS said the acquisition will strengthen its ability to serve its customers in the health care, packaging, automotive and consumer industries in Europe and North America.

Based in Germantown, Wis., MGS is a single-source provider of tooling, injection molding and automation equipment technology for the plastics industry.
