MGS Mfg. Group Inc., Germantown, Wis., has combined its MGS Automation and Universal Multishot Systems business units. The two groups now are known as MGS Equipment Group.
MGS Automation manufactures a wide range of equipment, including visual inspection systems, automated assembly systems, sensors, labeling equipment, scales, and bag loading and sealing equipment. MGS Multishot builds multishot injection units. The combined business unit employs 30 people.
Private equity group Mason Wells, Milwaukee, acquired MGS Mfg. Group last May.
