Hydraulic vise This hydraulic vise automates the part clamping/unclamping process for any parts that can be held in a two-jaw vise. It is designed to work with Haas’ UMC Series of universal machining centers. It is integrated directly into the Haas control, and can be activated via the control, or a foot pedal. It requires installation of the Haas Hydraulic Vise Ready option to supply the hydraulic power unit, hydraulic lines and other necessary items.

Benefits Higher throughput. Using the hydraulic vise makes part changeover quicker, shortening overall cycle time. It has a clamping range up to 8.5 inches, and replacement jaws are available in steel and aluminum.
