Short Runs: StackTeck boosts its U.S. support, speeds stack mold deliveries

StackTeck Systems Ltd. has partnered with L.J. Young Consulting LLC to increase support for its customers in the U.S. The Brampton, Ontario-based manufacturer of multi-cavity molds chose industry veteran Louis Young to offer StackTeck’s U.S. customers a variety of help, from urgent troubleshooting needs to training for new technicians. Young is based in the Kansas City area.
StackTeck also has added stack molds to its FastTrack program, which cuts delivery times by using automated design capabilities. Stack molds for round lids and containers, with configurations of up to two by 16 cavities, can take six to 11 weeks to ship.
