Fanuc America, Hoffman Estates, Ill., is offering a free trial version of its CNC Guide software, which provides a virtual environment for conducting testing, training and part programming. The software creates digital twins of machine controls, so it can be used to train machine tool operators and builders, and programmers can test G-code programs without concern for the potential of damaging a real machine.
