New Hasco sleeve keeps mold plates positioned

Z21 centering sleeve Mold makers can use Hasco’s new centering sleeve to precisely position injection mold plates in relation to one another. The Z21 has a pull-out thread so it can be easily dismantled, and it can withstand temperatures up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

Benefits Space savings. Because the Z21 centering sleeve can be located above the screw connection between the mold plates, it saves space and gives mold makers design flexibility. The sleeve also features a 15-degree lead-in chamfer for simplified mounting.
