Prunk retiring from Sikora board

He started his 45-year career as the company's third employee.

Harry Prunk is retiring from the Sikora AG board after more than 45 years with the company. Prunk began his career with the Bremen, Germany, company in 1975, becoming its third employee, and in 1981 founded its first subsidiary in California, later serving as managing director of Sikora Industrieelektronik GmbH.

Prunk will remain professionally active after leaving the board and will serve as a consultant for corporate development.

Jörg Wissdorf has served as the new member of the Sikora board since 2020 and will take over Prunk’s responsibilities this month.

Sikora supplies measuring and control technologies for the wire and cable, hose, tube and plastics industries.
