LS Mtron Injection Molding Machine hires Canada regional sales manager 

LS Mtron Injection Molding Machine has hired Firaz Sharaf as regional sales manager for Canada.  

Sharaf will be based in Montreal and handle all sales activities for the Canadian market.  

He has held various sales management and business development roles, most recently at the Sepro Group, where he spent 10 years fostering adoption of the company’s robots with a native control platform to equip injection molding machines of all brands.  

“Achieving our target of 20 percent market share in the Canadian region is a much more realistic goal with a Canadian employee dedicated to taking care of our wonderful Canadian customers,” said Paul Caprio, president of sales for LS Mtron IMM.  

In 2025, LS Mtron reached its goal of 10 percent share for the North American injection molding market.
