Fluke Reliability announced it has acquired Azima DLI, which specializes in subscription-based remote condition monitoring and AI-powered vibration analytics software.
Based in Everett, Wash., Fluke Reliability — which is known as a maker of compact electronic test tools — sees the acquisition as a way to amplify its connected reliability strategy, and to improve customers’ ability to shift from reactive, low-fidelity analysis into advanced and proactive maintenance.
Azima DLI's solution improves asset uptime and helps optimize manufacturing operations with accurate, predictive insights.
Fluke Reliability President Ankush Malhotra said, “This business … is a natural fit for us as we continue to support businesses on their predictive maintenance and connected reliability journey and is a significant step forward to drive our customers' growth and success in the industry.”
