Netstal feature optimizes hydraulic pressure

March 31, 2023
The optional feature can match or even increase normal productivity while cutting overall energy consumption and machine wear.

Adaptive system pressure reduction This optional feature optimizes operating pressure for the hydraulic system of Netstal’s hybrid injection molding machines (IMMs). When operating in automatic mode, it adjusts the IMM’s operating pressure to match, or, in some cases, increase, its normal productivity while cutting overall energy consumption.

What’s new? The adaptive system pressure reduction option.

Benefits Decreased energy costs and carbon footprint. Running production at a lower pressure load eases wear on components, extends maintenance intervals and provides a longer useful life for an IMM. The feature is available as an option for all hybrid Netstal IMMs running aXos controller release 8.6.0, and can be retrofitted to existing machines.
