NEX30IV-1EN1 Nissei’s injection molding machines (IMMs) have long been workhorses for medical molders, and the company has seen their use rise substantially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Its latest addition, the NEX30IV-1EN1, offers a clamping force of 33 tons and an injection velocity of up to 23.6 inches per second, making it especially well-suited to producing medical equipment and electronic parts.
What’s new? The NEX30IV-1EN1, which debuted at K 2022. With this machine, Nissei has revived its use of a two-stage, high-precision injection unit that consists of a screw and plunger.
Benefits Ultra-stable micro molding. The IMM’s linear-pressure toggle mechanism generates uniform contact pressure on the mold, offering improved controllability, even at weights of less than 1 gram per shot. It offers high-velocity and high-pressure injection for processing high-load filling material to create micro molded parts. Its high-performance TACT IV controller has a 15-inch LCD screen and provides a user-friendly interface.
