Mack Molding promotes Rich Hornby

Custom injection molder Mack Molding has promoted Rich Hornby to VP of manufacturing operations for the company’s Northern Division. Hornby has been with Mack since 2011 and has served as headquarters plant manager since 2014.

In his new role, he will be responsible for driving productivity and quality improvements at the company’s Arlington, Vt., headquarters, as well as its other facilities within the state. He joined Mack after a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, where he retired as a lieutenant colonel. He also has an MBA, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
