BinMaster's ResinView streamlines resin inventory management
ResinView BinMaster’s new automated inventory solution takes real-time data from level sensors and delivers it to a web application on the company’s BinCloud platform. The ResinView cloud-based subscription program can continuously track the level of pellets, flakes, powders or liquefied resins or plasticizers in silos, as well as monitor inventory levels in hoppers, pellet dryers, day bins and coolers. It provides fast, accurate data updates to prevent resin shortages and lost productivity. Users can generate reports for individual locations or silos to monitor resin usage and plan material orders. The system is compatible with a variety of level sensors, including non-contact sensors, laser sensors and the company’s SmartBob devices.
What’s new? The ResinView program, which allows users to view inventory data from a control room, office or remote location, as well as share it with multiple plants, corporate headquarters and suppliers. It is scalable from a single location to multiple sites and can track any number of silos.
Benefits Safety and convenience. ResinView eliminates the need for workers to climb silos to measure inventory. Data can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection via a phone, tablet or PC. Companies can schedule deliveries with confidence, knowing that an entire load will fit in the silo. Additionally, because BinMaster takes care of program updates, training and ongoing support, inventory management is simplified.
